One drum for stock structures — typically 2 km or 4 km depending on fiber count. For a custom structure or a custom sheath color the minimum is usually 10 km, because the line has to be set up for it. Tell us the quantity you need and we will say straight away whether it is workable.

15–25 days for most orders after the deposit and the approved drawing. Stock structures in small quantities can ship faster; OPGW and large project quantities need longer because of the stranding schedule. We give a firm date in the quotation, not a range.

Yes. Short lengths for evaluation are free — you cover the courier. For a custom structure we make a trial length before the production run and send it with its test report so you can verify it against your own standard.

We work with both T/T and L/C at sight. The deposit split depends on the order size, the structure and whether we have worked together before — tell us what your side normally works to and we will say straight away whether we can meet it. Whatever is agreed is written into the proforma invoice before anything is produced.

Steel-wood or wooden drums, fumigated and ISPM-15 marked, with a moisture barrier and the length, model and batch printed on the drum plate. We handle FOB, CIF and DDP, and send the container loading plan before the vessel departs.

Yes. Print marking, drum labelling, sheath color and packaging can all carry your brand, and we will build to your drawing or the standard in your tender. See the OEM section on the factory page.
